Week One: Mindfulness

As we start our online learning, I want each of you to think about what brings you joy. The Lord wants us to experience His joy, and we absolutely can. He is our Creator. He is in control even when things feel out of control. This week while you are practicing your yoga flow, challenge yourself to be present in the moment with God. Can you pray to him while you flow through the movement? YES! Can you think about how He is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow? Certainly! Wake up your mind to think about how God loves you and wants to show you how amazing and wonderful He is in the midst of our circumstances. There you can experience true JOY that only comes form the Lord. Please practice your flow one time everyday this week. Go through the flow 3x.
