Hi Amazing Kids!!


This week, I want to challenge you to focus on your FORM while you perform your 1 minute Fitness Challenges. If I was standing right there with you, I would want to see 2 proper push ups rather than 50 fast/sloppy ones. Yes, YOU CAN!!!!

If you need a modification for the push ups, you can drop to your knees. Try your best!!


On the Resource Page, you'll find a log you can use to record your scores.

Set a timer or have a sibling count for you (1 MISSISSIPPI) before you start each fitness challenge. Then log your score.

I would love to see your logs if you can email or text me this week.

Hope you enjoy the dance challenge as well!! Bonus points if you can get the whole family involved.

Remember, working through a little discomfort...continuing on even when it's tough will produce endurance and refine you into an even better/stronger you.
