Happy Cinco de Mayo, BCA!

Learn a little Mexican history from three Mexican food enthusiasts.  What can we learn from the Battle of Puebla in 1862?  Do small battles really matter in the course of life?

"Latin America" includes a huge part of our world! 

Check out this globe - the green countries in North, South, and Central America can all be considered part of Latin America.  Why "Latin" America? Because in each of these countries, a majority of the population speaks a Latin-based language (like Spanish!). 

With so many different people groups spread out over such a large area, it isn't surprising that so Latin America has given the world so many different and unique kinds of music.
